This change does two things: * Rounds up instead of down, so that a low count check isn't needed. * When the matrix col is odd, by rounding up, and checking if the right and left indices are the same, skip one since we don't need to process the same column twice.

Quantum Mechanical Keyboard Firmware
This is a keyboard firmware based on the tmk_keyboard firmware with some useful features for Atmel AVR and ARM controllers, and more specifically, the OLKB product line, the ErgoDox EZ keyboard, and the Clueboard product line.

You can request changes by making a fork and opening a pull request.
