* Add Aftermarket Keycult (Per Key RGB) PCB Support
* Well since local lint and the real lint argue...I'm keeping to what I know and removing rules.mk. I'll fix C formatting later...again local lint thinks it's great.
* literally lowercased already locally and git has it cached...I hate working with git.

* Add license headers to splitkb/aurora glcdfont.c files
`qmk lint` requires a license header on every code file in a keyboard's
directory tree, but the three Aurora glcdfont.c files have none. Since
lint walks each parent directory of the target, this makes
`qmk lint -kb splitkb/aurora/{corne,lily58,sweep}/rev1` fail for every
user of those boards, including on keymaps they have no control over.
The three files are byte-identical copies of a Corne font, so use the
same `Copyright <year> QMK` attribution already used for the comparable
file in keyboards/helix/glcdfont.c rather than assigning authorship.
Lint now passes for all three boards.

qp_lvgl_flush() called lv_disp_flush_ready() only inside the
`if (selected_display)` block. When LVGL invokes the flush callback while
selected_display is NULL, the callback returns without ever signalling
completion, so LVGL keeps the flush marked "in progress" and stalls all
further rendering.
Move lv_disp_flush_ready() out of the conditional so it is always called,
per LVGL's contract that every flush_cb must signal ready exactly once.
